Taylor Model 312 CE Acoustic/electric Guitar  $2,000

This is the Taylor Model 312 CE acoustic/electric guitar (# 98120812, 1998) that you saw me play if you were at a Blackmore's Night show in 2007.  This model includes the Fishman Prefix on-board active electronics pre-amp with under saddle pickup and end-pin jack, installed by the factory.  Also included is the original hard shell case.  This guitar is currently set up with the light strings I used on the UK, Germany and US tours (.012 -.056) with low action (5/64 - 4/64 at the 12th fret).  At Ritchie's request, an alternative pickguard was professionally made of spruce and topped with plastic to blend into the finish of the top.  This is how the instrument appeared when used by me in Blackmore's Night throughout 2007  This guitar was purchased by me in early 2007 to be used exclusively on these tours, and is now offered in this configuration. The instrument is Taylor’s Grand Concert size, with cutaway, sitka spruce top and sapele sides and back. The instrument has a satin finish with a gloss top.  I will autograph this guitar and/or its original hard shell case upon request.
